General notes

The plant is not quite as scruffy as it appears in the photos! We don't know much about its habitat, just that it comes from Colombia and Venezuela .

Technical notes

Our plants all descend from seed originally supplied by the Bromeliad Society Inc., in the 1970's. It was labelled "Tillandsia species Bocono, Venezuela."
