also called Hatiora salicinioides
Quite widespread in Brazil, growing from sea level to as high as 1850 meters. The plant is sometimes called "Drunkard's Dream" for some obscure reason, possibly connected to the contorted shape of the stems.
Our plant was grown from seed imported from Gerhard Kores (Germany).
Mr. F. Süpplie advises (September 07, 2002) that the correct name for the illustrated plant is Hatiora salicinioides.
